The Fredrickson-McGregor Education Foundation for LPNs is a non-profit organization which raises, manages and distributes educational grants, awards and bursaries in accordance with established guidelines to members of the CLPNA to enhance their nursing knowledge, skills and ability, and honor their achievements. To honour the contributions of Pat Fredrickson (retired CLPNA Executive Director/Registrar) and Rita McGregor (retired CLPNA Director of Practice & Policy) to the profession of Licensed Practical Nursing, CLPNA Council approved naming the Foundation the “Fredrickson-McGregor Education Foundation for Licensed Practical Nurses”.
